I visit this Starbucks at least once a year and every time I come in its busy but the staff run like a well oiled machine! I ordered two orders of egg whites, a lemon loaf, and a venti cold brew, everything came out to me in less than 20 minutes. Note, the line was almost out the door and I still received quick service! The girl at the register and the guy who was calling out orders were super friendly even under the pressure of the customers. I really dont understand the low ratings for this Starbucks, Ive NEVER had an issue here. The staff keep the restroom open even during con season and they accommodate to the difficult guests from the hotels nearby. I love how inclusive this Starbucks is, its very welcoming and I feel right at home when I come in. This Starbucks has standing tables and a limited supply of merch mugs, cups, etc.. I visit this Starbucks when I have an event at the convention center or Crypto Arena, its literally steps away! ”
